About our menu
When I say barbecue, you probably say meat. But it’s 2023 and by now, we all know it’s better to eat less meat. That’s why 4 of our 6 courses are vegetarian, with a fully vegetarian menu available as well.
Every new menu starts with our selection of the finest craft beers we can get our hands on. Creative Head Chef Ernst designs a matching dish with each new beer we throw at him.
Fire is the key component: every dish is roasted, grilled, seared or smoked on wood and charcoal.
